We will offer our airline clients not only traditional operating leases and long-term financings but also innovative value added products, both financial and knowledge driven, based on their specific requirements. We intend to collaborate with financials institutions and investors around the world to create optimum solutions and investments. We will bring value to owners of aircraft and investors in the aviation business through our industry expertise. Working with OEMs and vendors globally, we will create a worldwide network of relationships under one roof.
Hong Kong Aviation Capital will possess comprehensive skills in both asset management and financial structuring, ensuring that we can deliver a complete product to our clients.
The promoters of the business are led by HNA Group Co., Ltd, a leading China based conglomerate with interests in tourism, transportation, finance, real estate, infrastructure and logistics. Other promoters include Agricultural Bank of China, China Development Bank and Bravia Capital Partners, Inc., all notable institutions with interests and expertise in aviation investments and finance. Utilizing the wherewithal and the network of relationships of the promoters and the team at Hong Kong Aviation Capital, we will create a center of excellence in the aviation finance industry.
